Sami Sheen is making some changes.

On the March 11 episode of Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, Denise Richards’ 20-year-old daughter, whom she shares with ex Charlie Sheen, revealed she was getting a nose job.

On their way to the consultation, Sami explained that this is something she has wanted “for as long as I can remember.”

"Imagine how much prettier I'll be,” Sami said as Denise rolled her eyes. “[I’ll be] able to contour without there being lumps on the side of it.”

“Maybe we need to take you to an eye doctor,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 54, quipped, insisting Sami looked great.

Reflecting on her high school experience, Sami opened up about what pushed her to want a rhinoplasty. She said that people made fun of her nose, which deepened her insecurity.

“I had to deal with kids bullying me,” she shared. “People would say I looked like my dad. I actually got a comment the other day of someone saying, ‘You'll never be as pretty as your mom.’”

Sami then joked that even if she “lived in Alabama” and had parents who “worked a normal job,” she would still want a different nose.

“I have this freaking honker stuck to my face,” she declared. When Denise disagreed, she said, “Mom, I'm literally paying for your nose.”

In her confessional, Denise admitted that it makes her emotional to know Sami wants to get plastic surgery. “For my daughter to want to get her nose done, it made me so sad," she said.

“I feel bad that she has to live up to my nose, or whatever, because I don't want [my daughters] to feel they have to look a certain way,” she continued, breaking down in tears. “There were times I wanted to move the kids out of L.A., and I couldn't because of where I worked. And they had two parents in this business. I feel bad.”

When they arrived to meet with the doctor, Sami said it felt “like Christmas.”

“I just want a more feminine nose,” she told him, pointing at Denise’s nose as an example of what would be “perfect.”

Although the two were going to the consultation together, Sami said she didn’t want Denise there on the day of surgery because it would give her “anxiety.” In fact, she didn’t even want her sister Lola to know it was happening.

“When I got my implants done, I told way too many people,” Sami said of her previous breast augmentation. “I was filled with so many different opinions. I wish I went bigger. So many people told me to go smaller, and that really affected how they came out, and I wish I just didn't tell anyone.”

The following week, Sami returned with her friend for the surgery, and she did have one regret.

“I kind of do regret not having my mom here. I feel bad and I don’t want to offend her," she admitted. "I know if my mom was here, she would ask him a bunch of questions,"

Sami then went under anesthesia. Later, Denise admitted that it did “hurt my feelings" to not be there for Sami, but she wanted to respect her daughter's decision.

As the doctor got started, cameras cut to Denise and 19-year-old Lola in the car. While discussing who would be taking care of their dogs that weekend, Denise accidentally let Sami's secret slip.

“Sami can watch them,” Lola suggested, to which Denise replied: “No, she's gonna have her nose job done.”

Lola was completely shocked by the revelation, exclaiming, “What?” Denise then covered her mouth as she blurted out, “I was not supposed to say anything!”

Lola wasn't surprised, though: “The thing is, telling secrets to my mom — it never ends well.”
